    I sent my mother and now stepfather to this hotel for their honeymoon. Needless to say they were not even able to see or use their room. The hotel informed them as they arrived in their wedding attire that the room was occupied and that they would have to go to a hotel down the street. So thinking that they would surely be sent to a decent place they went. Upon arrival they realized this place was not as nice as the Alexis Inn. They went to their room and found that the sliding glass doors would not even lock due to past breakins and the room was only two beds and tv. The room that was reserved for them at the Alexis was to be a deluxe room with a kitchenette and sitting area. The Alexis Inn refused to send them to a nicer hotel and pay the difference for an upgrade. So my parents decided to check out of the run down hotel that they had been sent to. Of course they would not provide a refund to them so my brother drove an hour to Nashville to get them another hotel room. How dare them ruin my mothers wedding day her and my stepfather waited 15 years for this day and in one short momment this hotel ruined the day.
